Phelps County Regional Medical Center is sponsoring the Heart 2 Heart 5K. Proceeds from the race will support cardiac care to the patients served by Phelps County Regional Medical Center in our six-county region. Services provided include screenings, lunch and learns, patient support, financial assistant, and AEDs for all our local and surrounding schools.

Time: Registration 8 am / Race start 9 am
Location: Splash Zone - parking lot (pavilion)
Cost: $25.00 (includes registration and t-shirt)
Must register by January 30 to guarantee a t-shirt. If you are registering after January
30, t-shirt quantities are limited and will be available on a first come basis.

chip timed and awards will be given for each age division and top overall male and
female.
Awards: 10 am at The Centre
Please stop by the Health & Wellness Expo at The Centre after the race.
Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
The Expo will include health screenings, health and wellness presentations by
local healthcare providers, and sessions pertaining to health care options, women’s
wellness, diabetes, and stroke risk assessments.
